The RUIFEIYA V12-180 model engine is a high-performance, high-compression simulation engine developed by Ruifeiya over six years. This engine is composed of more than 500 parts, with a complex structure and full functionality, scaled down to realistic proportions. It closely replicates the design and principles of a real automobile engine, delivering outstanding performance and a highly realistic experience.

To enhance performance, the engine features a 13.7:1 high compression ratio, a 60-degree V-angle, a four-valve design, and a three-ring structure. The high compression ratio helps the engine produce greater power output. The four-valve design increases intake and exhaust flow rates, improving engine performance. The three-ring design (two compression rings and one oil ring) enhances the engine's sealing and oil control.

To increase durability and realism, the V12-180 model engine is designed with two oil pumps: a low-pressure oil pump and a high-pressure oil pump. The high-pressure oil pump delivers oil to all moving parts, while the low-pressure oil pump is responsible for returning oil to the oil storage tank.

The crankshaft and camshaft feature a full lubrication design. The crankshaft has oil holes, and oil is delivered through the main oil gallery in the cylinder block to lubricate the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. The camshaft is lubricated by high-pressure oil pump spray. This design provides sufficient lubrication to the engine's operating parts, ensuring durability, reducing failure rates, and extending maintenance-free intervals.

It is designed at 1/4 scale and can provide power for 1/4 scale cars, 1/5 scale monster trucks, and boat models. It features a high speed of 12,000 RPM and powerful torque. To minimize engine size and ensure long-term operation, an external centrifugal water pump has been designed, and the intake and drain ports have been enlarged for effective cylinder block cooling. This engine uses a brushless motor for one-button electric starting.
